All Sales are final.

We accept returns and exchanges for items damaged in transit ONLY

To be eligible for an exchange please email hello@cocobellanatural.com  within 72 hours of your shipment arrival.

Once we receive your damaged item, we will re-issue a replacement item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
